Reservation & Deposit Policy

  • Every effort is made to honor requests for specific sites however we can only guarantee the type of accommodation requested.
  • To guarantee a reservation we request payment in full at time of booking.
  • We accept checks and most major credit cards.
  • There is a $30 fee for checks returned by the bank.

Campsite Reservations

  • Campsite reservations require payment in full at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
  • Payment by check must be received within 10 days of booking for guaranteed reservation.
  • Holiday reservations must be paid in full at time of booking and require a 3 night minimum.
  • Some weekends require a 2 night minimum.

Rental Unit Reservations

  • Rental Unit reservations require a Non-refundable Booking/Cleaning/Security Deposit be paid with check or money order or paid with cash in person.  This deposit MUST BE RECEIVED WITH 10 DAYS OF BOOKING to guarantee reservation.  This fee is not refundable if canceled less than 30 days before arrival.
  • The balance must be paid on or before arrival by cash, check, or credit card.
  • An cleaning fee may be charged if unit is not clean-see rental unit rules for cleaning instructions.
  • A surcharge is added to stays shorter than 2 nights.
  • Renters must have attained the minimum age of 20.

Group & Club Reservations (3 or more sites)

  • Group and Club reservations require a $50 nonrefundable group booking deposit due at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
  • Payment in full for each site is due 30 days later or 10 days prior to arrival, which ever comes first.
  • A credit may be given for the booking deposit if there is less than 10% no-show on arrival.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

  • Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds due to the discomforts of Mother Nature.
  • Refunds are not given for holiday reservations.
  • Campsite cancellations require notice 10 days prior to arrival date and a cancellation fee applies.
  • Rental Unit cancellations require notice 30 days prior to arrival date and a cancellation fee applies.
  • Cancellation fees are $10 per campsite, $20 per cottage, and $50 for cabins, trailers, and park models.
  • Refunds are not given for cancellations with less than the minimum required days notice.
  • Refunds are paid by check or issuing credit card within 7 business days.
  • We do not refund for “early departures” and “no shows.”

Prices, Policies, Rules, and Activities schedules are subject to change without notice.
