[title_nd tag=”h3″ title=”General”]
  • Check-in and check-out time is 4 p.m.
  • All persons must register immediately upon arrival.
  • Minors can not enter the Park unless accompanied by a registered adult.
  • Campsite price is for four (4) person occupancy.  Additional persons age 5 to 17 are extra.  Persons 18 years or older, or married, are considered visitors and will be charged the visitor rate.
  • A ‘car pass’ must be displayed on vehicle at all times.  One (1) vehicle per campsite.  Additional vehicles must park in visitors parking lot.  Parking on vacant sites is not permitted.
  • Only licensed drivers are permitted to drive vehicles within the Park premises.  Observe the speed limit at all times. ‘Cruising’ the Park is prohibited.
  • Washing of vehicles and/or camping units is not allowed in the Park.
  • Speed boating, motorcycling, mini bike riding, all terrain vehicle (ATV) riding within the Park is not allowed.
  • Due to insurance restrictions, roller shoes/skates/blades,skate/hover/rip stick boards, all scooters/ Y flickers and like items are prohibited in the Park.  DRONES are NOT permitted in the park.
  • Parents and/or guardians are responsible for the actions, behavior, and safety of their minor children at all times. Minors are to be supervised at all times and are not be left unattended in the Park.  Children must be supervised in restrooms, showers, on the beach, and in all playgrounds.
  • Minors must be on their campsite by 10 p.m. Michigan time.  Parents/guardians are responsible for enforcing curfew.
  • The Little Tikes® playground is for use by children under age 7.  Climbing, sitting, or standing on the roofs of playground equipment is prohibited.
  • Campers are responsible for the cleanliness of their campsite and the recreation areas they use including restrooms, shower areas, beach, and playgrounds.
  • Alcoholic beverages must be confined to individual campsites. Intoxicated or disorderly persons will not be tolerated.  Illegal drug use will be reported to authorities.  Smoking or consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors, may result in immediate ejection from the Park and/or reported to authorities.

NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
DO NOT CLIMB, SIT, OR HANG ON POOL ROPE. SHOULD ROPE
BREAK-POOL MUST CLOSE.

SHOES ARE NOT TO BE WORN ON POOL DECK.
  • While in pool areas minors 14 years and under and non-swimmers must be accompanied by a responsible adult age 18 or older who can swim.
  • State law requires all persons shower with soap before entering the pool or whirlpool. All lotions and tanning oils must be removed before entering or reentering the pool.
  • Proper swim wear is required. Street clothes such as T-shirts and cutoffs are prohibited.
  • Children who wear diapers must wear ‘swim diapers’ when in the pool. Swim diapers are available for sale in the Park store.
  • Bare feet, sandals, and swim shoes must be washed before walking on the pool deck. Stroller wheels, and chair legs must be washed before entering the pool area.
  • Life preservers, except those built into swim wear, are not allowed in pool. ‘Swim arms’ for small children are permitted and must be cleaned before use in the pool.
  • Pool toys of all kinds including squirt guns, plastic toys, inflatable toys, rafts, balls, swim rings, noodles and other like items are prohibited.
  • Diving, running, pushing, and all forms of roughhousing is prohibited.
  • Food, candy, gum, pop, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks including pop, coffee, tea, lemonade, juice, glass, and cans are prohibited from all pool areas.
  • Only adults age 18 years or older are allowed in the whirlpool. Minors are not permitted to be in or sit with their feet in the whirlpool.
  • Dripping wet swim wear is prohibited in the park store, game room, community room, and recreation hall.

  • All times given are Michigan time.
  • Clothes lines must be 6’ above ground level and must be taken down when not in use.
  • Only emergency messages are delivered to campsites. All other messages will be posted at the office.
  • The following are prohibited in the Park: fire works, fire arms or weapons of any kind, illegal drugs, chain saws, boom boxes, loud noises, and gas tanks greater than 40 pounds.
  • Park Management is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for the loss of money or valuables of any kind.
  • Park Management reserves the right to refuse entry into, or eject from the Park any person, adult or minor, deemed as unwilling to abide by all Park Rules and Regulations.
  • For everyone’s enjoyment and safety, please be courteous and respect the rights and property of other Camper’s.
  • IN THE EVENT OF SEVERE WEATHER TAKE SHELTER IN THE MAIN BATH HOUSE OR IN THE RECREATION BUILDING.
  • Management’s interpretation shall preside when a rule’s meaning is in dispute. These rules may be amended as management deems necessary.

  • Visiting hours end at 10 p.m. Michigan time.
  • All visitors must register at the office and obtain a ‘Visitor’s Pass’ before entering the Park. The pass must be displayed on visitor’s vehicle at all times.
  • Overnight visitors must register at the office by 9 p.m. Michigan time.
  • Campers are responsible for their visitors both on and off their registered campsite.

  • All pets must be registered at the office.
  • Pets must be on a 6’ leash at all times or confined inside camper/trailer regardless of their size.
  • Pets may not be left unattended at any time.
  • State law prohibits pets in the lake or on the beach. Pets are not allowed in any building, in the pool area, on beaches, or in Little Tikes® playground area.
  • Pets are to be walked in the designated areas only. Pet excreta must be cleaned up immediately.
  • Pets creating a disturbance or those threatening to other campers may be removed from the Park.
[title_nd tag=”h3″ title=”Garbage & Refuse Removal”]
  • All garbage and refuse must be placed in plastic bags, tied, and disposed of inside the containers provided at the Park exit. Trash bags are for sale at the Park store.
  • Discarded furniture items of any kind, appliances, grills, bicycles, rugs and carpets, and all building items, can not be placed in or around garbage containers they must be removed from the Park.
  • Pails must be kept under sink drains at all times and emptied into dump station. State law prohibits dumping of gray water on ground.

  • Fires are to be contained in fire rings. Open fires on the ground are prohibited.
  • Lumber with nails should not be used as fire wood.
  • All fires are to be put out before retiring or leaving.
[title_nd tag=”h3″ title=”Golf Carts”]
  • Campers who fail to follow golf cart rules may loose golf cart privileges.
  • All golf cart drivers must possess a valid driver’s license.  Golf cart drivers under 21 years old must carry their driver’s license while operating the golf cart.  “Learner” or “student” driver permits are NOT valid driver’s licenses, therefore persons who are classified as ‘learners’ or ‘student drivers’ are not permitted to drive golf carts anywhere in the park.
  • Only one golf cart allowed per camp site.
  • All golf carts must be registered and proof of $100,000.00 liability and property insurance must be provided to Park Management before being used in the Park.  Insurance must state the golf cart is covered in the campground.  A letter from the insuring agent stating the golf cart is covered in the campground is acceptable.
  • Golf carts must visibly display a weekend registration form on the front of the golf cart at all times, unless registered to seasonal campers, then golf carts must have the lot section and number visibly displayed in three (3) inch letters/numbers on the back of the golf cart.
  • Golf cart drivers must observe the 10 mph speed limit at all times and must drive on the right side of the road and with the flow of traffic at all times.  DO NOT DRIVE ON GRASS OR ON BEACH.
  • Drivers are responsible for observing quiet hours and may not drive parade style around the park after 11 pm.  No golf cart riding after 12:00 midnight Michigan time, except to and from bathrooms.
  • NO PERSON SHALL STAND ON A MOVING GOLF CART.  There are to be only as many passengers as there are seats available.
  • Drivers must be seated in front of steering wheel and all passengers must be seated.  The driver may hold a small child, however the driver is to keep their hand(s) only on the steering wheel at all times.  Children are not permitted to drive or steer the golf cart.
  • Golf carts are not allowed on the beach, on walk ways, playgrounds, and must avoid grassy areas whenever possible.
  • Golf carts must have working head and tail lights when operating after dark.
  • Golf carts must maintain quiet operation.  Gasoline powered golf carts must have a muffler.
  • Campers must charge or recharge electric golf carts on the meter at their campsite only.
