Only the type of accommodation requested is guaranteed, however every effort is made to honor requests for a specific site.
Reservations are held until noon the day following check-in before being canceled as a No-Show.
We accept checks and most major credit cards. There is a $30 fee for checks returned by the bank.
Holiday Reservations – Applies to both campsites and rental units.
- Holiday reservations require a 3 night minimum and must be paid in full at time of booking.
HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Campsite Reservations
- Campsite reservations require payment in full at time of booking.
- Halloween weekends require a 2 night minimum.
Cottage/Cabin Reservations – Require a 2 night minimum on non-holidays.
- Must be 21 to rent. (Someone that is 21 may not rent for someone who is under 21.)
- Requires payment of Non-Refundable Booking Deposit at time of booking, see rate list.
- Non-Refundable Booking Deposit is transferred to the Cleaning/Security Deposit at time of check-in. See Refund Policies.
- All rental units are NO SMOKING and NO PETS. $250 is charged for violation of this policy.
Group Reservations (5 or more sites)
- Requires a designated “Group Contact” and payment of $100.00 Non-Refundable Group Booking Deposit at time of booking.
- Payment in full for each site is due within 7 days of booking or unpaid sites may be canceled.
- Group Booking Deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE should the group cancel.
- At Manager’s discretion, if there is less than a 10% no-show the Group Contact may be credited/refunded the deposit.
Seasonal Customers refer to the Seasonal Agreement.
Camping is an outdoor experience therefore we do not give refunds due to the discomforts of Mother Nature or for early departures and no-shows.
HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Refunds are made by issuing credit card or by check within 7 days of cancellation.
Campsite Cancellations
- Cancellations for non-holiday reservations made 10 days prior to arrival date will incur a $20 cancellation fee per site.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival date will not be refunded.
Cottage/Cabin Cancellations
- Cancellations for non-holiday reservations will be refunded less the Non-Refundable Booking Deposit.
- Cleaning/Security Deposit is refunded when rental unit is returned in clean condition without losses or damage.
- Cleaning/Security Deposit refunds ARE NOT made at the time of checkout.
